I had this huge comfortable bedroom! Slept like a baby, the indoor pool was a nice touch perfect for cooling off. Staff were really helpful too, no delays and they were attentive when I needed something.

Wasn't exactly cheap though, you know what I mean.

Beware though, the interior shows its age, but overall, it's an excellent option for airport proximity.

A real hassle with the heating system, room temperature was unbearable!!! Parking fees in a free parking area are disappointing, especially when the lot fills up quickly. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired, especially for the dishes!!!

the bathroom was an absolute disaster—leaking, poorly functioning faucets, and don’t get me started on the annoying timed light! I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least decent service, but I was basically ignored. the only redeeming quality? the breakfast was tolerable, but I almost gave a good review before realizing my stay was utterly disappointing.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend outing in Ratingen with reasonable value. The place is surprisingly huge, kind of like motels in the States. Try to arrive early to avoid the parking situation.
